Sunday 13 May: Feast of the Ascension, Fatima Day - Mothers Day

Programme for Fatima Day

9.30am Confession

10am Exposition and Rosary

11am Mass Main celebrant - Most Rev. Peter Ingham, Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Wollongong

12.30pm Lunch (BYO)

1.30pm Procession to the Grotto

2 pm Devotions at the Grotto

3pm Conclusion


Saturday 19 May: Pentecost Vigil:  Mass at 6pm followed by light supper (BYO) in the marquee (tea and coffee provided), a battery torchlight Rosary procession to the Grotto, return to the church for adoration, prayers until 10pm.


Sunday 20 May: Pentecost Sunday : Sunday Masses as usual


Thursday 24 May: Our Lady Help of Christians - 11am Mass - The anniversary of the dedication of the Shrine Church of Our Lady of Mercy at “Penrose Park”


Novena to St Anthony of Padua: If you would like to include your prayers during the Novena to St Anthony from 5 to 13 June, please fill in the slip and return it to the Pauline Fathers or Brothers. St Anthony’s feast day June 13.


Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Mercy, commonly known as Penrose Park (located in the Southern Highlands, NSW) is a renowned place of veneration of the replica of the Icon of Our Lady of Jasna Góra, known as the Black Madonna.  The Shrine is ministered by the Order of St. Paul the First Hermit known as the Pauline Fathers, who are the custodians of the original Icon of the Black Madonna for more than 630 years.
